Fireproof coating construction method:
1. Before the construction of fireproof coating, the dust, oil, and debris on the surface of the steel structural member should be cleaned and rust-removed, and the anti-rust primer should be applied to ensure that there is no chemical reaction with the fireproof coating. The fireproof coating can be applied after the anti-rust paint is dry.
2. The construction shall be carried out after the steel structure project has passed the inspection, the pipe fittings connected with the steel structure are installed, the roof waterproofing project is completed, and the interior decoration is completed.
3. The construction should be guaranteed not to be damaged by subsequent projects, and attention should be paid to the shielding protection of other charities on the site. Before the construction process and coating drying and curing, the ambient temperature should be maintained at 5-40 ° C relative humidity ≯ 90%, good ventilation to the site.
4, using inkjet, painting, roller coating and other methods to divide the construction. After the coating applied for the previous time is substantially dry and solidified, it is usually separated by 8-24 hours to the desired thickness after spraying.
5. Before use, it should be fully stirred evenly. The coating is slightly thick. The water-based paint can be diluted with water. The solvent-based paint is diluted with special thinner to facilitate brushing.
6. The coating immediately after construction should be waterproof, exposed, contaminated and mechanically damaged. If it is damaged, it needs to be repaired.
Precautions:
1. This fireproof coating is different from other paints. The dilution is diluted with water or special solvent according to the nature of the paint. It should not be mixed.
2. The paint that has not been used during construction should be sealed and stored. It should be stored in an environment of 3-40 °C and rigorously frozen.
3. The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment.
4. When the product is transported, it should be protected from rain and bumps.
