Process safety information mainly includes three categories: chemical hazard information, process technology information and equipment safety information:

The chemical hazard information mainly includes the flash point, ignition point, spontaneous ignition point, explosion limit, saturated vapor pressure, boiling point, combustion heat, minimum ignition energy, reactivity of materials such as raw materials, catalysts, additives, intermediate products and final products in the process. , Stability, Toxicity, Safety Data Sheet for Chemical Products (SDS ) and other information.

Process technology information mainly includes process technology flow chart, technical manual, operating procedures, training materials, safe operating range, and evaluation of the consequences of deviation from normal working conditions.

Equipment safety information mainly includes information on process equipment materials, pressure relief, electrical and safety systems, and process piping and instrument flow diagrams ( P&ID ).

Note: Process safety information is usually included in technical manuals, operating procedures, training materials, or other process documentation. Process safety information files should be incorporated into the corporate document control system to maintain the latest version.
