High-speed cutting technology has become a hot topic in recent years, and the efficiency brought about by high-speed cutting and the significant increase in the surface quality of the workpiece have reduced the total cost of workpiece processing by at least 40%. This conclusion has become the theoretical basis and driving force of high-speed cutting technology. The subsequent research is centered on how to improve the wear resistance of the tool, how to make the structure, spindle and drive control system of the machine tool meet the requirements of high-speed cutting technology.

As domestic users' understanding of high-speed machining continues to deepen, the demand for high-speed machine tools will increase, which will affect machine tool manufacturers' increased investment in the development and manufacture of high-speed machine tools. At present, the gap between the spindle and the drive control system of the high-speed machining machine at home and abroad is not very large, but the gap between the structure and the tool is still large.
