Survey: Ground source heat pump sales will grow rapidly in the next few years

The US annual sales volume is expected to increase from 150,000 units in 2011 to 326,000 units in 2017. set. The lack of cost and consumer knowledge is still a major factor hindering the development of heat pump products, but with the introduction of preferential tax policies and other policies to encourage improvement of building energy efficiency, the rapid development of the heat pump market will be promoted.

At present, although the potential demand for ground source heat pumps is high, the actual installed capacity accounts for only 1% of the entire heating and air conditioning market. With the increase in electricity demand, rising energy prices, and the continued introduction of energy-saving and emission-reduction policies, these factors will push up the demand for heat pump products.
