The patent provides a preparation method and technology for a high-temperature, anti-pollution epoxy resin powder coating.
Compared with the prior art, the fluorosilicon-modified epoxy resin powder coating improves the high temperature and anti-pollution performance of the coating, and can be used in environments up to 500°C. In addition, the coating preparation process is simple, the cost is low, and the appearance of the coating is bright, smooth and thin.
It is understood that ordinary epoxy powder coating due to electrostatic effects, easy to be dirt, oil pollution, affecting the decorative coating.
In addition, under the high temperature conditions, this coating has the problems of discoloration and peeling of the coating and the coating is thick, which is subject to certain limitations in the corresponding coating technology field. Fluorocarbon coatings and silicone coating coatings have a very low surface energy and good anti-fouling properties, but these two coatings are relatively expensive.
Therefore, the use of fluorocarbon coating and silicone coating with low surface energy and anti-pollution characteristics to modify the epoxy powder coating can obtain a high temperature, anti-pollution epoxy powder coating.
