Professor Hu Pingan's research group reported for the first time in the research process a new rigid and flexible optoelectronic device based on graphene-like gallium sulfide super thin sheets. Its device performance greatly exceeds other two-dimensional materials reported in the literature (such as graphene, molybdenum disulfide, etc.). His research results were published in the internationally renowned journal Nano Express, and Harbin Institute of Technology was the first signed unit.
