After nearly 10 years of rapid development, China's manufacturing industry ranks first in the world in terms of total volume and scale. In the coming years, the sustainable and healthy development of the manufacturing industry is still the main driving force for China's economic development.
At present, it is a crucial period for China's manufacturing transformation and upgrading, from "manufacturing big country" to "manufacturing power." Zhu Sendi believes that the deep integration of the two industries, the development of strategic emerging industries and advanced manufacturing industries are important support for maintaining the competitive advantage of China's manufacturing industry.
In the past 10 years, the output value, added value and growth rate of China's machinery industry have achieved rapid growth. The level of power equipment has entered the world's advanced ranks. However, compared with the world's manufacturing powers, China's equipment manufacturing industry still faces many outstanding problems: the independent innovation capability is not strong, it is at the low end of the value chain, the production and operation efficiency is not high, the industrial structure is not reasonable, and the product quality is not Good; the development of key components lags behind, and the development of the mainframe is constrained. For example, service-oriented manufacturing, as the production of products becomes a mass customization method, the profit margin of products is increasingly squeezed, and the value-added of services is increasing in the manufacturing process, gradually forming manufacturing and A new industrial form in which services are integrated. Service-oriented manufacturing provides customers with not only products, but also services that depend on the product, or overall solutions, as well as services that are built around the product.
Zhu Sendi said that the value-added of products and services provided by many foreign companies is more than 30%, and some even reach more than 60%, which exceeds the manufacturing value of the products themselves. This is worth learning by domestic enterprises.
