Before using this device to do experiments, the sample should be kept in the environment between 15°C~35°C and humidity 45%~75% for 24 hours, and then check whether the set value of the temperature controller is displayed on the drying oven. Meet the test required temperature.

After the inspection before the test, the test operation can be performed. However, the following points should be noted during the operation:

1. The ball pressure device must be warmed up to the set stable temperature.

2. When performing high temperature operation, the operator must wear insulated gloves to prevent burns.

3. Once the digital temperature controller is inaccurate or damaged, it must be repaired or replaced immediately to prevent misjudgment.

4. Pay attention to fire safety. Do not place flammable materials around the drying box.

experiment procedure:

1. Prepare the test sample. If the surface of the part to be tested is easily bent in the test, the ball pressure on the surface should be supported. For this reason, if the test cannot be performed on the whole sample, cut it off from the sample. Part. The thickness of the test sample is at least 2.5 mm. If this thickness is not available, more than two test samples are stacked together for testing.

2. When the drying oven reaches the preset temperature. Before applying the load, place the sample in a drying oven for 1 hour.

3. After heating for 1 hour, the sample is placed on the ball pressing device to apply load and the test is carried out for 1 hour.

4. Remove the ball pressure device from the sample. Place the sample in a cold water bath for 10 seconds to allow it to cool to near room temperature. Then measure the indentation diameter caused by the ball pressure. (Indentation diameter less than 2mm is acceptable); if the test surface is curved and the indentation is elliptical, measure the short axis of the indentation.
