[Tips] "Occupational Disease Prevention Law" provides workers with what rights according to law

The Occupational Disease Prevention Law stipulates that “workers shall have the right to occupational health protection according to law” and specifically have 8 rights:

a. stipulate that the laborer has the right to understand the occupational hazards and protective facilities in the workplace at the time of entering into the labor contract;

b. The right to know the results of the health check;

c. The right to obtain occupational health training and education;

d. The rights of minors, women workers, and workers with occupational taboos to enjoy special occupational health protection;

e. Enjoy the rights of reporting and accusing the employer of violations of laws and regulations concerning the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases and violations of workers’ health rights and interests;

f. Has the right to refuse illegal work in the absence of health protection conditions and engage in occupational hazards, and has the right to refuse risky operations in violation of regulations and orders;

g. Have the right to participate in employers' occupational health and democratic management;

h. Have the right to obtain compensation after having occupational diseases.
