From the processing point of view, the processing of wettable powder is generally simple, such as mixing, dry crushing, metering and packaging. The water-dispersible granules are relatively complex in comparison and require mixing, pulverization, kneading, granulation, drying, sieving, and metering.

(6) The particle has a high disintegration rate, can be rapidly disintegrated when poured into different water temperatures and hard water, and has good self-dispersibility; after the particles disintegrate in water, they quickly disperse into very small particles, and after disintegration and agitation , sieved by 325 mesh wet method, the residue on the sieve is not more than 0.3%;
(7) Excellent suspension property, generally no need to stir or a little stirring, that is, a uniform spray suspension is formed, and the suspension can reach 90% or even higher;
(8) The active ingredient content is higher than that of the wettable powder and the suspending agent;
(9) The storage stability and physical and chemical stability are good, especially for pesticides which are unstable in water, and the dosage form is better than the suspension agent;
(10) The suspension stability is good, the prepared liquid is not used up on the same day, and can be resuspended after stirring the next day, without affecting the efficacy;
(11) The dosage form has wide adaptability. For the following pesticides with low melting point, difficult pulverization, inconvenience to make wettable powder and poor stability in water and unable to be made into water suspension agent, the choice of water-dispersible granules has unique characteristics. Of course, although the wettable powder is an older dosage form and is gradually replaced by new dosage forms such as water-dispersible granules or suspensions due to defects such as no dusting, etc., the wettable powder is not completely useless, in the processing of the product.
