A single or continuous cutting of metal is generally performed with a foot or button manipulation. When operating the shears, pay attention to:
(1) Before working, it is necessary to carefully check whether the various parts of the shears are normal, whether the electrical equipment is in good condition, and whether the lubrication system is unblocked; clear the tools and measuring tools and other debris and corner waste materials are removed from the mesa.
(2) Do not operate shears alone by one person. Two to three people should coordinate feeding, control dimensional accuracy, and retrieving materials, and make sure that one person is in charge.
(3) Adjust the shear clearance of the shears according to the specified shear thickness. It is forbidden to cut two kinds of sheets of different specifications and different materials at the same time; The sheared sheet requires a smooth surface and is not allowed to cut a narrow sheet that cannot be compacted.
(4) Protective cover must be installed on the moving parts of belt shears, flywheels, gears, and shafts.
(5) The finger feeding the operator of the shear should be kept at a distance other than 200 mm from the scissors mouth and leave the pressing device.
The protective fence placed on the cutter cannot block the operator's eyes and cannot see the cut. The waste generated after the operation is angular and the operator should remove it in time to prevent it from being stabbed or cut.
