Radiator installation

1. Before installation, check the integrity of the radiator, unscrew the pipe buckle and wire plug, and wipe off the anti-embroidery grease.

2. The connecting pipe connecting the radiator should be the same size as the inlet and outlet pipe joints of the radiator. The connecting pipe cannot be used to support the radiator.

3, the radiator should be equipped with the corresponding heat medium pipeline system according to the architectural design. Note that the gate valve should be installed on the steam or hot water line and on the return pipe. When heating with steam, the condensate drain should be installed on the condensate pipe. When several radiators are used in combination, it is preferable to individually control the inlet, bleed and return pipes of each unit, especially when the radiator is used in series in the air.

4. When the air inlet pipe of the radiator directly communicates with the outdoor, it should be closed at the air inlet to prevent it from being frozen when it is stopped in winter. Radiator when using steam and thermal media:

A. The trap should be installed at the back end of the water return. The displacement of the trap should exceed 3-4 times of the condensate water volume of the radiator.

B. Steam should be introduced 10 minutes before the start of the fan to preheat the radiator to prevent the steam from suddenly entering the cold radiator and generate a large amount of condensed water to impact the equipment.
