Many people use improper device methods in the installation of NSK bearings; incurs bearing damage. So how to properly install NSK bearings? I hope that we can more fully understand the bearing device and disassembly:
The correct device; very important for the use of NSK bearings. We hope that we can use the correct device approach in future applications.
When the device is used; it can be selected according to its type and scale; mechanical, heating or hydraulic means; the force exerted on the bearing when the device is applied; never pass through the rolling element from one bearing ring to the other bearing ring; otherwise it can roll The road is damaged. But in any case; it is not possible to directly hit the bearing ring, cage, roll or seal.
Device
1. Loosen the bolts that secure the bearing housing. Remove the bearing from the shaft together with the bearing housing. Note the shaft housing at the end of the shaft. The bearing block bolt at the other end of the shaft should be loosened; the two bearings should be prevented from being damaged by each other.
2. First use the Allen key to loosen the locking screw on the bearing's painful sleeve; then use a small iron rod to puncture the counterbore on the top cover of the top cover; and loosen the partial pain sleeve against the direction of rotation of the shaft.
3. Install a partial pain set. First set the partial pain on the painful step of the inner sleeve of the bearing; and tighten the direction of rotation with the hand. Then prick the small iron rod into or against the counterbore on the painful sleeve. 1. Use the hammer to strike the small iron rod in the direction of rotation of the shaft. Make the painful device firm; finally lock the hexagonal screw on the painful sleeve.
4. The bolts of the fixed bearing housing should not be tightened first; the bearing housing should be able to change in the bearing housing. Then tighten the bearing housing bolts. Install the other end bearing and seat on the same shaft; change the shaft a few turns; let After the bearing itself actively finds the orientation.
5. Apply smooth oil to the bearing seat and bearing joint; install the bearing into the bearing housing. Then place the assembled bearing on the shaft together with the NSK bearing housing. Push to the desired position to carry out the device.
6. Before installing the bearing on the shaft; / must first remove the fixing pin of the bearing casing; together, smooth the surface of the journal and clean it; and apply oil on the journal to prevent rust and smoothness (the bearing should be slightly transformed on the shaft).
