I. Indicators for Personal Fire Protection Equipment

( A ) The required performance of fire protection clothing.

5 . In principle, fire protection clothing itself has passed performance tests.

6 . The main performance requirements of fire protection clothing are as follows:

(1) It has flame resistance, heat resistance and other protective properties against fire and heat;

(2) Has tensile strength, tearing, and other mechanical strength properties;

(3) Has anti-chemical resistance properties such as liquid chemical resistance;

(4) Heat resistance, material quality and other comfort performance and exercise performance;

7 . The performance test is performed in principle according to the test method specified in ISO or JIS .

( II ) Performance required for fireproof gloves

1 . The requirements for fireproof gloves during fire extinguishing are the same as those for fireproof clothing on the back side of the hand, with emphasis on burn resistance and heat resistance. The palm side is characterized by its resistance to burning, heat and activity.

2 . The back side of the hand is subject to the same flame and heat as fire protection clothing. Therefore, fire resistance and heat resistance are required to have the same performance as fire protection clothing.

3 . Considering the use of fireproof gloves, it is required to have resistance to abrasion, abrasion, and cut resistance.

4 . From the point of view of mobility, it is required that the palm side has anti-slip properties.

5 . In order to prevent burns or water from the wrist, special structures have been designed.

6 . The main performance requirements for fireproof gloves are as follows:

(1) It has flame resistance, heat resistance and other protective properties against fire and heat;

(2) It has mechanical strength such as tensile strength and tear resistance. In addition, liquid chemicals permeability, surface wettability, water repellency, and water resistance are taken according to actual conditions in cold regions and other regions.

Performance (c) Fire shoes required.

6 . The main performance requirements for fire protection shoes are as follows:

(1) It has flame resistance, heat resistance and other protective properties against fire and heat;

(3) Has anti-chemical resistance properties such as liquid chemical resistance;

(4) with anti-static properties.

7 . The performance test is performed in principle according to the test method specified by ISO or BS .

( d ) The required performance of fire caps.

8 . The main performance requirements of fire caps are as follows:

(1) It has flame resistance, heat resistance and other protective properties against fire and heat;

9 . In principle, performance tests of helmets should be based on test methods specified in ISO , JIS, or hard hat specifications.
