(3) Flexible processing unit (IVS200) composed of inverted vehicles

The inverted spindle and chuck are designed with inverted design for short shaft and disc parts. This unit is made up of MAZAK's IVS200 inverted vertical CNC with double-row parallel rotary conveyor. The conveying device places the finished product in one row, and places the blank material in a row. The spindle and the chuck are used as the robot when loading and unloading by utilizing the characteristics of the spindle and the chuck being inverted. After the workpiece is processed, the spindle and the chuck clamp the workpiece to move axially above the conveyor belt, lower the workpiece, move it again to the blank placed side by side, hold the blank material back to the top of the turret, and start the machining of the next workpiece. . The conveyor moves and replaces the new blank and workpiece storage location. This unit transforms the clamping function of the spindle and the chuck and the displacement of the shaft into a robot when loading and unloading the workpiece, and skillfully constructs a unique flexible processing unit.

(4) Flexible processing unit with robot (INT400GL)

It consists of MAZAK INT400GL composite processing equipment and FLEX-GL300F robot. The robot has a maximum clamping weight of 30kg and a maximum clamping size of 400mm. Five-axis linkage of processing equipment, turning and milling composite, with automatic center frame and automatic tailstock. The already-prepared material is discharged on the pallet of the machine tool, and the robot automatically performs the loading, and the machine automatically processes the material after the loading is completed. One-time loading and processing of all the milling and milling parts of the same process, milling spindle, X, Y, Z, B, C axis can be processed at the same time, high precision, large machine stroke, tailstock and center frame can be automatically controlled by the program, through The automatic alignment mechanism is aligned to ensure that the workpiece is leveled, and the phase of the workpiece is scanned by the infrared probe for angle detection, which effectively ensures the processing quality. After the machining is completed, the robot removes the already machined workpiece, and so on. At present, the starting rate can reach more than 70%, and the unmanned operation time is more than 8h;

(5) Flexible automatic processing unit with robot (E-500H ROBOT)

It consists of MAZAK's INTe500/1500 multi-function turning and milling machine and the ROBOT 900i/350 robot and pallet logistics line with FANUC's 3D visual recognition system. This unit is mainly used in the processing of turrets in our company, which can realize the complete process from blank to finished product. The robot carries a weight of 350kg. The robot performs 3D visual recognition on the material on the logistics device (octagonal blank), and determines the clamping surface and then feeds it into the machine. In addition to the turning function, the INTe500/1500 has the same milling capacity as the machining center. The maximum speed is 10000r/min, the phase is automatically detected by the infrared probe, and the clamping is automatically corrected. All the cars, milling parts and milling spindles of the same process can be processed at one time, and the X, Y, Z, B and C axes can be processed at the same time. After the machining is completed, the robot removes the workpiece, re-feeds the new raw materials, processes it, and so on. At present, this unit can achieve a starting rate of more than 75%. In the case of a material tower, it can achieve 720h continuous unmanned operation.

(6) Five-face processing and large workpiece flexible processing unit (V equipment)

It consists of MAZAK V80 five-face processing machine and double exchange workbench. The five-face processing machine has vertical and horizontal conversion spindles, and the workpiece can be finished with a single plate to complete the roughing and finishing of all processes on the top surface and the four sides. When one workbench is processed, the other workbench loads the workpiece, which greatly shortens the work preparation time, effectively ensures the machining accuracy of the workpiece, and ensures that the machine tool can run continuously and automatically. At present, the average starting rate of machine tools can reach 77%, and the unmanned running time is more than 8h.

The above FMCs are composed of single machine, loading and unloading mechanism or robot, robot and material conveying device, and there is no dedicated system control computer. The logistics line, the loading and unloading mechanism, and the robot have their own control devices, and receive the M code commands in the machining program to perform related program control.

3. Application of flexible manufacturing system FMS

(1) FH6800 planar FMS flexible system

The system consists of five FH6800 horizontal machining centers, 52 exchange trays, one washing machine and one automatic loading and unloading robot produced by MAZAK. The system control is realized by MAZAK's INTELLIGENT MAZATROL FMS main control unit (currently the actual configuration) 4 machine tools). The maximum working diameter is Φ1050mm, the maximum working height is 1m, and the maximum working weight is 1500kg. Mainly responsible for the automatic processing of small and medium parts. 1. According to drilling method

2. Divided by drilling depth

(2) Deep well drilling rig. The drill rod is 114 mm in diameter, the nominal drilling depth is 4000-7000 meters or more, and the maximum hook load is 2250-4500 kN or more.
(3) Drilling rigs for medium and deep wells. It adopts a drilling rig with a diameter of 114 mm drill pipe, a nominal drilling depth range of 1500-4000 meters or more, and a maximum hook load of 900-2250 kN or more.

(1) Diesel Engine-driven drilling rigs, which use diesel engines as power through mechanical transmission or hydraulic transmission.

(2) Unified drive. The three working units of drawworks, drilling Pump and turntable are driven by the same power unit. Most drilling rigs use this scheme. The unified drive can also include only one drilling pump, and the other drilling pump is driven separately. The unified drive drilling rig has high power utilization and can be adjusted mutually when the engine fails, but the transmission is complicated, installation and adjustment are troublesome, and the transmission efficiency is low.
(3) Group drive. The combination of power is between individual drive and unified drive. There are two options for three working machines. The power utilization rate of this kind of drilling rig is higher than that of a single drive, and the transmission ratio is simple to drive in a unified manner. Two sets of working machines can also be installed on different heights and scattered sites.
