Cyclone cutting oil pump worm

When we are processing the parts of the GN6 high-speed overlock sewing machine, the oil pump worm (Fig. 1), we started to use the lathe to turn the thread. Since the workpiece has 2 heads and is different from the general thread, the processing is time consuming, the operator is very tired, and it is easy to waste when a little careless. We have adopted a cyclone cutting method, so that each part only needs about 4 minutes when processing the thread, and 2 knives are formed. The worm completely meets the requirements, the operator is extremely labor-saving, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
