Fourth, registration matters:
(1) Any unit interested in participating in the recruitment of the program must provide the following information when registering:

V. Program costs:

In the program competition, no design fees and cost compensation fees will be paid for the design results that are determined to be invalid by the review team; the design units that fail to submit the results on time will not be refunded.
(2) After the participation of the project collection unit is accepted by the organization unit, the intellectual property rights of the design plan are owned by the organization unit. The collection organization unit has the right to use the “design plan” at any time and under any circumstances without additional payment.
VI. Relevant requirements (1) The application materials and planning proposals submitted by all participating units are expressed in simplified Chinese and will not be returned.
(2) All materials (text, drawings, electronic data) provided by the collecting organization are protected by copyright. No one may copy, adapt, distribute, publish, loan or transfer the content without authorization, otherwise it will bear legal responsibility.
